Exciting new trails at the Calawah Conservation Area near Forks are in the works—but we need volunteers to help build them! We’re offering a back-to-back volunteer experience to make
the most of it.
Back to Back Work Parties
Where: Calawah Conservation Area, located in Forks
When: June 2nd and 3rd - we will meet at the property at 10:00 AM
What: Trail building and maintenance of existing trails
What to Bring: Camping equipment if you plan to stay overnight, work gloves, sturdy boots, layers, your own tools if you prefer although we have plenty to go around.
Bring your tent, or don’t—it’s completely up to you. For those that wish to stay overnight, the Land Trust will provide a campsite at a nearby campground.

* if you are interested in camping;

The Calawah Conservation Area <https://northolympiclandtrust.us3.list-manage.com/track/click?u=2a560412753cc77f18a4d65b4&id=92a74f2f5f&e=e371357277> does not currently have developed
public access. With your help, it will become a local treasure that offers access to a beautiful regenerating forest and salmon-bearing river. Please RSVP as soon as you can for this
incredible opportunity to connect with the land, camp out, and create new trails for the community to enjoy.
