It notes that supplies will be given out on a first come first served basis, so get your order in asap if you think you could use any of the PPE items being offered. Farmer PPE Order Opportunity - due by June 7th! Greetings Farmers, We are writing with an opportunity for farmers in Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap to order needed personal protective equipment through the WSU Regional Small Farms program. Washington State University Extension (WSU) was awarded a substantial grant through the Washington State Department of Agriculture to support Washington specialty crop producers, packers, and employees through distribution of COVID-19 relief supplies. Below is an order form link with a list of supplies that are available free of cost for eligible participants. We welcome you to fill out the form and choose items from the list you need. Multiple items can be requested, with some items having a capped limit. Supplies are limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis. Please submit your form by June 7th to be considered. Farmers placing an order must be willing to pick up at a designated location within their county. Your local WSU Regional Small Farms representative will contact you with further information about time frame for pick-up and location at a later date. Things to note: Available product categories include: * Handwashing stations and supplies * Air quality (Air filter) * Sanitizers (hand and surface) * Eye Protection (goggles) * Hand Protection (gloves) * Face Protection (masks and respirators) Please make sure that as you go through the order form you click on highlighted links to see examples of products listed.
