We have contracted the expertise of MMGY NextFactor and Destinations International for their diagnostic tool called DestinationNEXT. We are in the company of over 350 other destinations worldwide who have undertaken this assessment, and as such, we feel the tool has been tried and tested, and the methodology is sound. The assessment is a benchmark survey of key stakeholders in tourism, business, education, and government who are impacted by the Olympic Peninsula’s ability to attract and inspire visitors to our region. The results of the survey will essentially be a report card for the health and benchmarking of our destination. We will present the results and discuss them further with those in attendance at our upcoming workshops. As a key civic leader and stakeholder in the visitor economy, we are asking for your participation in this important assessment. The survey is comprehensive. Questions represent a broad set of topics addressing various elements of our community including elements which may seem beyond the scope of Olympic Peninsula Visitor Bureau’s work but are relevant to visitors’ experiences. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you require more time to complete the survey, you can also save it and return to it later. Tuesday & Wednesday 2 to 4pm. Due to the overwhelming popularity of our gallery, we have had to limit our capacity. Our daily gallery capacity Thurs-Mon is 150 people, Tues-Wed is 70 people. Our maximum group per tour is 10 people. We operate on a time slot reservation, so lining up is not necessary. Please see staff member upon arrival to get your time slot. We assign time slots the day of the visit, not in advance. We recommend that you sign up for your time slot prior to 2:30pm Friday through Monday, as we tend to fill up fast.
