Nationwide's presentation will focus on what provisions of the extensive SECURE 2.0 Act, passed at the end of 2022, will impact public sector, governmental retirement plans. We will spend time talking about specific changes to the law that impact governmental 457(b) plans specifically, as well as more general provisions of the new law that impact all retirement plans, including 457(b) plans. We will also discuss some of the optional provisions that SECURE 2.0 permits, but does not require, employers to add to their plans. Presenters: * George W.
