(for units and the Nest), Insurance, Repairs and Maintenance, Admin/Resident Needs/Transportation
Bayside/Woodley Place - Adds 17 units serving 34 individuals - For Utilities, insurance and Maintenance
Bayside - Tiny Homes at Peters Place and Pats Place serves 25 individuals - For operational cost for one year -
Olycap Shelter - Provides beds for 37 individuals - For salaries, rent, utilities, insurance, repair, maintenance and operations
Olycap Caswell Brown - Serves 40 units (50 to 65 individuals)- For salaries/benefits in event HUD grant not awarded. Grant was not awarded
Olycap Haines - Serves 37 individuals who were homeless - For salaries/benefits, insurance, food, furnishings, repair/maintence and Operations
Habitat - Critical Home Repairs on 6 properties
