Every Committee shall have a Chair and every committee meeting shall have a Secretary.
Committee Chair shall be a member of the Housing Fund Board (HFB) chosen by the HFB
The Secretary shall be approved by each committee.
Chair calls the meeting, sets a draft agenda and inclusively facilitates the meeting.
Secretary will take notes of the meeting and submit to the HFB for the next regular meeting of the HFB as part of the committee updates. These notes will become part of the HFB’s public
record. Notes include at minimum any recommendations to be made to the full HFB.
At each committee meeting, the draft agenda shall be discussed, potentially modified by any committee members, and approved by a majority of committee members present.
Each committee shall have a list of goals and objective as their charter. This list shall be created by the HFB. Potential modifications may be proposed by a majority vote of committee
members and will be decided by a majority vote of the HFB. Committee Goals and Objective will be publicly posted on the HFB’s web portal on the Jefferson County website.
Guests may be invited but members only appointed by hfb with public notice.
