17:36:52 Is a planning technician with the and also has a background. And planning, though, is a masters degree in planning.
17:37:00 So wow! And as I've talked with Ethan, we're going to transition even into the Planner series.
17:37:05 So it'll be an assistant player soon, and right now he's but he's doing very important job for us, which is keeping track of all the permits coming in as a planet tech with.
So Ethan's learning these roads, and he'll be training as we backfill
17:37:18 that planning technician position, and then right into the planning series and join that team.
17:37:24 So that'll be happening soon. But for the moment even Walker is a year to learn from Albany, while we still have our planning commission duties, we also have an invite, or I
had been writing some of the apps for a very part time, job which will be the clinic mission clerk so i'm gonna read it and see
