J r-"-~~L JI.._ II f)"); if U ;-'i '? 0 I b. ,..J " , ' L_.L Open several ROW's in lrondale Acre Tracts Karl Jacobsen Open Right-of-Way Request: The request is to open McKinley, Lincoln, Roosevelt, and Adams Streets in the Plat of lrondale Acre Tracts on the centerline of the platted Right-of- Way to private roadway standards. Lincoln and McKinley are requested to be open for their entire length between Roosevelt and Adams. Lincoln and Adams are requested to be open between Lincoln and McKinley. lrondale Acre Tracts is in Jefferson County situated in Sections 12 & 13, T29N, R1W, W.M. COMMENTS: 1. At present, none of the above Rights-of-Way are opened or on the County Road Log. Washington Lane accesses these rights of way, is on the County Road Log to mile post 0.27, and is not constructed to County standard at this time. 2. There is no marketable timber on this portion of the Right-of-Way. This portion of the Right of Way has a grade of 0 to 5% and is overgrown with alder, small fir, brush and vegetation. 3. If the request is granted as stated this project may qualify for S.E.P.A. requirements because of the volume of grading and filling. 4. This plat was accepted by the County on December 10, 1910, and does not fall under statutory vacation guidelines. RECOMMENDA TlONS: , 0 ........ I'"f..r. ~ - -,j\~ . c.,V' 'if: /) . ~- Recommend approval of this Open Right-of-Way request, as submitted, for various Platted Streets in the Plat of lrondale Acre Tracts, with the following conditions: 1. The Rights-of-Way, including Washington Lane, shall be located and staked by a licensed surveyor or there shall be a registered survey on file with the County. A copy of the completed survey shall be filed with the Public Works Department prior to the start of the project. All of the ROW's shall be constructed on the centerline. The entire width of the ROW's, including Washington Lane shall be cleared for the installation of utilities. The roadways, including Washington Lane to the Lincoln St. intersection shall be constructed to Minimum County road standards for a private roadway consisting of a 28- foot sub grade and 20 feet of asphalt concrete class B surfacing for the traveled way and 4 foot shoulders.
