TO:
All applicants for these permits: Building Permits subject to
SEPA Review, Accessory Dwelling Units, Binding Site Plan,
Boundary Line Adjustments, Home Based Businesses, Temporary
Uses (over 45 days) , Subdivisions, Plat Alterations,
Shoreline Exemptions, Shoreline Permits, Conditional Uses,
Variances, and RV Parks.

SUBJECT:
Notification of Adjacent Property Owners (APO list)
Jefferson County's Land Use Procedures Ordinance require the County to
notify adjacent property owners (APOs) regarding pending actions by the
County. Applications for any of the approvals listed above must include
a list of APOs developed by a title company,
The APO list must include the following:
* The full name and complete mailing address of property owners within
300 feet of the proposal site,
* The nine (9) digit parcel number of all parcels within 300 feet of the
proposal site,
* The lot and block or tax number and subdivision name, if applicable,
and section, township, and range.
* A copy of the Assessor's map showing the proposal site and the
properties that are within 300 feet of its boundary.
The two local title companies are able to perform this type of informa-
tion retrieval and have indicated they are willing to do so for a
nominal fee. Applicants are encouraged to contact Jefferson Title or
First American Title Insurance regarding their fee schedules.
