NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jefferson County will conduct environmental
review on the following proposal,

PROPOSAL:
Construct private roads on Lincoln Street and McKinley Street in Irondale
Acre Tracts from East Adams Street at the South end to Roosevelt Street at
the North end.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Irondale Acre Tracts of Jefferson County located in Sections 12 and 13,
Township 29 North, Range 1 West, WM and Section 7, Township 29 North,
Range 1 East, WM Tracts 7 & 8, Tract 12 thourgh 16, Tract 18 through 29,
Tract 31 through 34, Tract 46 through 72, and Tract 74 & 75.
The proposal is subject to environmental review and threshold
determination under the State Environmental Policy Act, (SEPA).
Information on the proposal is available from the Jefferson County Permit
Center Development Review Division, 621 Sheridan, Port Townsend, WA 98368,
(360) 379-4450. Comments concerning the proposal must be submitted to the
Permit Center by 4:30 P.M. on October 20, 1999
If the last day of the comment period falls on a weekend or holiday,
the the comment period shall be extended to the first working day
