ENV99-0006 PROPONENT(S): JACOBSEN LAND PARTNERSHIP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 30, 1999 Jefferson County received an application Construct private roads on Lincoln Street and McKinley Street in Irondale Acre Tracts from East Adams Street at the South end to Roosevelt Street at the North end. Application complete date: The proposal is subject to environmental review and threshold determination under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Any person desiring to comment on the review, receive notice of public hearings, or a copy of the threshold determination should contact in writing the Jefferson County Permit Center, Development Review Division, 621 Sheridan, Port Townsend, WA 98368, (360) 379-4450 by 4:30 p,m. on October 20, 1999. Comments submitted after this date may not be considered in the staff report. Appeals must be filed within fourteen (14) days following a decision, Only parties of record have standing to appeal.
