I have property in tract 50 of the Irondale Acre Tracts and it
borders on Lincoln Street. Therefore I object to the term private
road being used in this application, That is a platted road and
must be used by whom ever has property along it. I don't
object to the road being constructed as long as it is within the
boundaries of the already platted county road.
I do want to receive notice of pUblic hearings and a copy of the
threshold determination.
