Dear Chairman, County Commission Brotherton
As your constituent, I’m urging you to work with the SAFE Cities movement to phase out fossil fuels and implement a just transition to clean energy.
Dozens of cities have already pledged to phase out fossil fuels and endorsed the call for a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty. Learn more and how you can get involved here: https://www.safecities.

There are so many things we can do at the local level to take on fossil fuels. First, we can and should endorse the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty. Next, we should phase out fossil
fuel infrastructure in our community, whether that means refineries and pipelines, gas stations and buildings, or all of the above.
I look forward to working with you to help achieve these goals. Our health and the climate can’t wait.
