ITEM: Jacobson.
Open right-of-way application. Wetlands and type 3 stream. SEPA on public works permit.
Michelle wrote Army Corps, no response.
DECISION:
They need to submit construction drawings and also get approval from Army Corps and
Fish & Wildlife. Call public works for right-of-way construction reqUirements~Send letter on
construction plans and advise they need other approvals, that's if they wa to go to that
expense. Note to file re: fish & wild wants. ~~ ~~

ITEM: Cape George Colony.
Zoning review for building permit for water filtration system. Ordinance doesn't address.
DECISION:
Need to do a Section 13. Read Section 13 and talk to Warren about report.
ITEM: Barker.
Not a real subdivision, prior to 69'. Property divided by Flagler Road.
DECISION:
David is sending legal opinion on road subdivisions. Michelle to read, Doesn't meet land
use designations, We need to modify that section of the subdivision ordinance. We could
require he enlarge the small lot. Michelle will wait for David's legal opinion.
ITEM: Edgrin, Religious Retreat.
Michelle wrote letter it would need a CUP but not really a church, It's a retreat.
DECISION:
Give the file to Warren, he will talk to AI or Alvarez.
ITEM: Antrobus.
Property is RR1:5 and CF. He wants to subdivide into two lots based on heirs,
testamentary provisions.
DECISION:
From information submitted. it appears he can not subdivide.
ITEM:
BLAt.
Previous 98' BLA's, now they want to do a road division. Pre 69'.
DECISION:
See if they own the property over the section line. Warren, let them do it.
