RE: Road Construction Permit for McKinley & Lincoln Streets in Irondale
Acre Tracts
Dear Jim,
After consideration of the impact the construction of Lincoln Street will
have on the wetlands in this area I would like to amend our application for a
road construction permit in this area.
I would like to delete Lincoln Street from our permit application and add
Garfield Street to our permit application. After reviewing the wetland maps
of this area with Jerry Smith at the Community Development office we
determined that Garfield Street in Irondale Acre Tracts does not encroach on
any wetland areas. The wetland map indicated that Garfield Street is
approximately 350' from any wetland areas.
Please let me know if further information is needed to complete this change
to our road construction permit application.
