I, being duly sworn of oath say that I have posted two (2) public
notice posters on or near the site i entified in the following proposed development description:
PROPOSAL: The proposal is to open platted rights-of-ways and construct private roads starting at
the intersection of Roosevelt and McKinley Streets, south on McKinley Street to Adams Street, west
on Adams Street to Garfield Street, north on Garfield Street to Roosevelt Street, east on Roosevelt
Street to intersection with McKinley Street all within the existing plat of lrondale Acre Tracts, Port
Hadlock.
These two notices were posted in full compliance with JEFFERSON COUNTY LAND USE
