NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jefferson County will conduct environmental review on the
following proposal.

PROPOSAL:
Open platted rights-of-ways and construct private roads starting at the intersection of Roosevelt and
McKinley Streets, south on McKinley Street to Adams Street, west on Adams Street to Garfield
Street, north on Garfield Street to Roosevelt Street, east on Roosevelt Street to intersection with
McKinley Street all within the existing plat of lrondale Acre Tracts, Port Hadlock.
PROJECT LOCATION: Irondale Acre Tracts of Jefferson County located in Sections 12 and 13,
Township 29 North, Range 1 West, WM and Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 1 East, WM
Tracts 7 & 8, Tract 12 thourgh 16, Tract 18 through 29, Tract 31 through 34, Tract 46 through 72, and
Tract 74 & 75.
Information on the proposal is available to the public upon request from the Jefferson County
Department of Community Development, Development Review Division, 621 Sheridan Street, Port
Townsend, WA 98368, (360) 379-4450.
Comments must be submitted to the Department of Community Development no later than 4:30 p.m.
on September 19, 2001. If the last day of the comment period falls on a weekend or holiday, then
the comment period shall be extended to the first working day after the weekend or holiday.
