Dear Mr. Jacobsen:
I'm doing a bit of house keeping on some files and noted that this file is still pending. The last
correspondence I have from you is dated September 27,2000 that did some revision to the open
right-of-way permit due to extensive wetlands.
Please inform me if your intentions are to proceed with this application or if you desire to
withdraw it. If you choose to proceed, a wetland delineation is required to determine exact
located of the wetlands as well approval through the Army Corp of Engineers.
If! do not hear from you by November 6, 2003 I will consider the application null and void.
