Thank you for your letter of 10/23/03, it reminded me that I had planned to contact you with the status of the SEPA review in Port Hadlock. As of this date I am still awaiting the completion ofthe Army Corps of Engineers JARP A permit review. The JARP A permit application was submitted, for the second time, in February 2001. The Army Corps of Engineers have not completed their review of the application. The project to construct roadways on the right-of-ways is still ongoing.
