STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS (2) re: LEOFF - I Disability Board; 1) Two (2) Year Term to
Expire January 1, 2025; Law Enforcement Representative, Gary Mickelson and 2) Two (2) Year Term to
Expire January 1, 2025; Fire Fighter Association Representative, Howard Scott
ANALYSIS:
Per RCW 41.26.110, The LEOFF I Disability board held an election for representatives from Law
Enforcement and from the Fire Fighter Association. Law Enforcement Representative, Gary Mickelson, and
Fire Fighter Association Representative, Howard Scott, have been selected for reappointment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS (2) re: LEOFF - I Disability Board; 1) Two (2)
Year Term to Expire January 1, 2025; Law Enforcement Representative, Gary Mickelson and 2) Two (2)
Year Term to Expire January 1, 2025; Fire Fighter Association Representative, Howard Scott
