Phase I Construction Work
On July 5, 2023 Seton Construction began work on the initial construction project for Phase I of the Port Hadlock Wastewater System. Work for this project will include clearing and grading,
installation of the reclaim water pond; service utilities (water, electric and fiber); sewer influent and effluent pipes and site preparation for the construction of the wastewater
treatment plant. Seton Construction was awarded the contract for this project on April 24, 2023.
The next projects will be the installation of the wastewater treatment plant and the sewer collection system. We anticipate bidding these two projects in the Fall of 2023 and starting
construction in early 2024. The on-site sewer installation project will follow with bidding scheduled for early 2024 and construction to start late spring 2024.
