Whoops! In our haste to get the July Transportation Lab Newsletter out, we made three errors. Please see the corrections below.
TBD’s are formed by an ordinance following a public hearing; a public vote is NOT required. TBD’s are funded by either sales tax or vehicle license fees. All the details were included

The sales is 0.2% not 0.02%, decimal points matter.
And finally there are over 110 cities and towns that have TBDs and about 5 counties.
