A portion of your class registration goes towards supporting HCSEG’s environmental efforts. So come find your bliss at the Salmon Center, and strengthen your mind, body, and planet – all in one chaturanga. Classes are every Tuesday at the Salmon Center from 5-6pm. Starting August 1st through December 19th! Class is held outside next to the garden during the warmer months and inside of the center of cooler days. Please bring a yoga mat. We will practice 45 minutes of yoga postures, breathing exercises and spend the last 15 minutes of class introducing herbs and an informational hand out to support the body, mind and spirit’s overall health and wellbeing. Buy a month pass and get one class free! Single class passes are available for $15.
