Dear Charlie,
The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) has received a consultation
request regarding a request for concurrence on the project area of potential effect (APE) for the
development of an emergency homeless shelter and permanent supportive housing facility at 142 Mill
Road, Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington. Upon reviewing the project location and
project description documents, the THPO concurs with the project APE and determination of no
cultural resource impacts with the stipulation an inadvertent discovery plan be followed for all ground
disturbing activities.
