I am extending the invitation to members of the CCR community to join us for a planning meeting next Friday, August 25th at 12 PM at Dove House Office.
Light lunch will be provided while we gather to share thoughts and ideas about emerging issues in the community to focus on in the upcoming year. Hybrid option to zoom in will be provided
for those who cannot attend in person.
See below for topics we intend to explore in the meeting:
* Emerging or ongoing issues in cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking,
* Community priorities for these issues in the year ahead,
* Reducing, or reducing the risk of, domestic violence homicides,
* Intended applicants and the services or activities they would like to utilize FFY 2023 STOP Formula Grant funds for,
* Community concerns on any of the proposed applicants, services, activities, priorities, or issues that were discussed, and
* Any technical assistance needs.
Another FYI , we have planned that the upcoming year's CCR meetings will be held at 12 PM on September 8th , January 12th, March 8th and June 14th if anyone wants to block their calendars
early! We will send more details out prior to each upcoming meeting.
