We are appealing for a waiver to allow the antenna to be a little closer to KQMV. KZPT is trying to stay 94.5 miles away from an antenna in Issaquah. The emergency services training
facility is 2 miles closer and thats 2-3 percent deviation from a reference the FCC came up with in the 50's. It also doesn't take into account that KTPZ operates at about 1/3 the power
with which those references where established. Please allow us enough time to see if we can do that.
The attachment shows that allowances are made for stations like KZPT.
