I have been using the solid waste facility for more than twenty years. Before that, I burned my yard waste and do not want to return to that practice. I own a light 4-cylinder pickup
truck that has been adequate to the task under current rules and rates. However, I am limited to about 250 pounds of leaves, clippings and branches. There is no way I can get close
to 840 pounds, but under the planned rate increase will need to pay the minimum cost of $20. I see others using the facility and most have vehicles similar to mine. All of us will
see our dump fee increase dramatically. Please take a look at the proposed increases and their financial impact on your constituents. Thank you.
