HomeMy WebLinkAbout082923 Animal shelter CowanI would like to support the idea that the county support the local animal shelter. It a very important and necessary institution. At the very least they should not have to pay rent
and volunteers should be able to do repairs etc. However I think that we can do more than that. It is a matter of safety as well as human kindness.
