HomeMy WebLinkAbout082923 Animal shelter StricklandAs a tax payer and an animal owner and animal lover, I urge the Jefferson County Commissioners to budget support for the local animal shelter. The shelter should not be required to pay
rent for this building or property.
Perhaps to increase revenue in this county it is time to allow more business in the county. More money goes out of this county every day because people are driving to Sequim or Silverdale
to shop. Trips to Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Fred Meyer and other businesses are weekly shopping for many. Wake up commissioners! Sure, save Port Townsend’s Victorian look, there’s
lots of room in the county for BUSINESS. We need the taxes.
