by House Bill 1181 <https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2023-24/Pdf/Bills/Session%20Laws/House/1181-S2.SL.pdf?q=20230727143839> (Chapter 228, Laws of 2023). A letter is attached
to this email with the specific grant amount and grant instructions.
We request application materials for jurisdictions intending to implement HB 1181 this biennium to apply for grant funding by October 31, 2023. As soon we receive your submitted application,
