the devious practice of being SLUMLORDS for the animal shelter! You have rigid rules about how much they need to pay you in order to keep afloat. They can only have repairs from county
approved list of repairs people who work for you, among other devious sneaky ways for YOU to collect $ from your consideration. Either start being honest with We, the People, or get
the hell out of the position you currently take.
