Position may include some evenings and weekends Salary and Benefits: Benefits include paid time off, holiday, medical, dental and vision. Starting compensation will be dependent upon experience and range between $40,000 and $50,000 per year. The Maintenance Specialist supports HCSEG’s mission by making sure the Salmon Center facility is maintained and that equipment and vehicles are in safe and functional condition. The position is responsible for grounds, vehicle and equipment maintenance. The Maintenance Specialist will work with the Executive Director and other HCSEG staff to prepare for special events and activities on our 38 acre certified organic farm and public open spaces so that the site promotes HCSEG’s mission and goals.
