My name is James Prop, President and Co-Owner of EverGem LLC. We are working closely with Lincoln County on future fiber projects and are close to move forward with a public / private
partnership for state and federal grants. Mark Vasconi at the Washington State Broadband Office is fully aware of middle mile projects we are working on with Lincoln County for the
next round of funding.
We find ourselves in an interesting position as a company. The more we work with our customers in Eastern, Washington the more we realize there is a lot of need for consulting services.
Myself and business partners have worked in the Telecom and Infrastructure industry close to 80 years combined leaving Zayo and Amazon to start EverGem LLC. We started our business
because we saw a gap where the largest fiber providers built networks that past rural communities and did not offer to open their network for connectivity. We decided to leverage our
expertise and largest customers that have needs to connect to data centers and carrier hotels to build new networks and open up fiber access points for rural communities to connect
to that will enable open access.

leave status quo and look to folks that have been exposed to the all the major providers in tier 1 and 3 markets as well as customer that bring contents that are educational, social
and medical.
Inland Cellular is the largest wireless provider in Eastern, WA, Idaho and soon Montana. They are our largest customer and currently leveraging our consultation and infrastructure services.
We have a small team that has deep knowledge of our industry specifically in the pacific northwest. We look forwards to hearing from you and seeing if there is a synergy between Jefferson
County and EverGem. We are focused on fiber optic connectivity to rural communities leveraging our expertise and knowledge in the industry.
