Each class features a different herb that supports wellbeing. [ The herb is listed on each class sign-up button below ] Class is held outside next to the garden during the warmer months and inside of the Salmon Center on cooler days. Please bring a yoga mat. We will practice 45 minutes of yoga postures, breathing exercises and spend the last 15 minutes of class introducing herbs and an informational hand out to support the body, mind and spirit’s overall health and wellbeing. Classes are led by Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga! A portion of your class registration supports HCSEG’s environmental efforts!
