Washington 211's COVID-19 response officially ended June 30, 2023. We were instrumental in providing accurate information, support, and resources to individuals and communities across
the state during the ongoing pandemic. The establishment of the Coronavirus Information Line had a profound impact in helping Washingtonians navigate the challenges brought about by
the pandemic.
Since its inception in March 2020, COVID-19 Hotline staff have answered more than 560,720 calls and connected callers more than 370,000 times to COVID-19-related services such as vaccination
clinics, testing locations, symptom management, quarantine guidelines, and other important topics.
The impact of this response extends beyond providing information; it has been a beacon of support, solidarity, and resilience for individuals and communities facing unprecedented challenges.

Washington 211 now provides enhanced information and referral and navigation services statewide for individuals and caregivers dealing with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs).
In just under a year, Washington 211 has answered the call 10,264 times and provided 30,898 referrals to 1,725 different agencies.
