Changing the link on the home page
to redirect the user to the Calendar page instead of the empty AV Capture page would have been helpful.
I did look at the calendar on Friday, and I did not see it.
Now, the calendar says --- “To view online Meeting Packet, click here: Meeting Packet <https://test.co.jefferson.wa.us/WeblinkExternal/Browse.aspx?id=4755637&dbid=0&repo=Jefferson>
”
but I have to say that calling a series of 19 separate files in a deeply buried Laserfiche folder a “packet” is a bit of an exaggeration.
Laserfiche was just barely available this AM, and the shorter timeout plus the change made on Friday to require public login has made it nearly impossible to use for practical purposes.
A hypertechnical reading of OPMA might interpret the presence of an agenda document somewhere on the county’s website as being sufficient to satisfy the mandate of the RCW, but that
hardly meets the intent of the statute.

Good morning, Tom. Our agenda and all supporting documents were available on Friday afternoon through the calendar link on our home page. We had technical difficulties with AV Capture
on Friday that are being sorted out this morning. While not ideal, we met the 24 hour requirement.
