Copy. I have a meeting from 10:00 to 11:30, unfortunately. It's our quarterly meeting with Port Ludlow Associates; I'd say it's more or less a must for me to be at, especially if it's
unclear when the proclamation would happen. I'd say the Board should just do the proclamation as they wish without my participation. Plan B would be for me to join between 11:30 and
noon. Plan C would be to text me when it's "on" and I could step out of the PLA meeting for a short spell. What say you?
