This will be a hybrid meeting with telephone or on-line options. The public is invited to attend in-person, with a limit of up to 50 percent of the venue' s capacity pursuant to Resolution 24-22. Transmitted Information – No documents to transmit at this time. REGULAR BUSINESS 8. Deliberation on proposed Amendments to Shoreline Master Program Periodic Review. The Planning Commission may take action on this item. a. Work through BERK matrix of amendments for PC deliberations. b. When making findings, please reference parts of the record that support your rationale. c. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE MAKING FINAL ACTION d. Vote on results at end of deliberations as the PC recommendation. e. DCD will then prepare the recommended version for PC approval at the following meeting. f. Determine if final approval of SMP recommendations will be at November 1st meeting, or if the optional October 25 meeting is needed to complete work.
