We celebrated a successful year for local and state parks, working lands, and habitat for plants and animals across our state. We ate, drank, caught up with old friends, and made some new ones. We raised more than $201,000 to continue our work at the highest level possible. We also talked about how we can give back to nature as Washington grows and how everyone has a role to play. As Marco Hatch reminded us, sometimes that role is to "open space, be humble, and step back." Lastly, a huge thanks to our guests, food vendors, sponsors, musical guest, and hosts. The only thing that would have made it better is YOU! But, can we count on you to play an active role in our work? Record demand for outdoor opportunities, and balancing that with environmental and cultural needs, means we're busier than ever. Every donation is an investment in Washington.
