The event was attended by more than 70 regional stakeholders and rightsholders, including local governments, Tribal nations, regional public utilities, and economic development agencies. On November 9, 2023, you’re invited to attend a one-day convening that will highlight progress toward the goals and next steps that arose from the 2022 Olympic Peninsula Energy Futures Conference. Come learn about the exciting energy resilience and reliability projects that have been completed or begun in the year since the conference. The convening will also inform policy makers about energy resilience goals of the region, accomplishments to date and funding needs; provide space to discuss collaboration on additional projects and solutions; and provide information about funding opportunities that could support these solutions. Who should attend: Local, state and federal elected officials and/or their staff members; Tribal representatives; subject matter experts; public utilities; economic development agencies; and state and federal funders. Lodging: A special rate for lodging is available for conference attendees at 7 Cedars.
