Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. Good morning, Snohomish County is hosting their annual Focus on Farming <https://snohomishcountywa.gov/1466/Conferences> event this Thursday at the Evergreen State Fair Park in Monroe. Here is the Agenda: Webpage-agenda (snohomishcountywa.gov) <https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/111863/Webpage-agenda> . I’ll be driving up from Tacoma to listen in on the panels and see what I can bring back to our farms. If any of you are planning on attending, please let me know, and we can try to connect for a brief in-person introduction. The online pre-registration has been closed for the event, but tickets can still be purchased at the door for $70. I will send out a message later this month (pre-Thanksgiving) with some possible ideas for how this group can connect and share information in 2024, including some polls for potential meeting times and topics. I look forward to getting to know you all and expanding our collective knowledge through sharing our experiences and expertise on topics affecting agricultural policy and initiatives in the Puget Sound region.
