EDC Team Jefferson is offering a new fee-based Business Valuation service for Jefferson County businesses. You may be applying for a bank loan, selling all or some of your business to
an investor, or transitioning the ownership to your children. In each case you will need an accurate value placed on your business and hands-on expertise to shepherd you through the
process. Asking too high a price results in no buyers or new owners who cannot make a living under the debt burden of the purchase price. Asking too low a price results in less money
to the seller and an unreasonably high return on investment to the buyer. Find the right price for your Win-Win negotiation with the assistance of the EDC.
General business advising and advising to prepare for this fee-based valuation and additional succession planning is always free. If you opt to enroll in the process, the fee is $1,500.
