Attached is a letter sent upon request from Gregg Brotherton. I have had no response since I sent this 8/3/2023. I have also forwarded you an email response to Greg Ballard and Donna
Frostholm at Jefferson County DCD. I am at my witts end... I am tired... I am going broke...and I know I am not the only one...Many other property owners have contacted me with the
same issues. What is it going to take to resolve these issues?
