Mason County SMP Title 17.50 (masoncountywa.gov)
It was stated at your last Planning Commission meeting that in Mason County a CUP was
required for obtaining a geoduck farming permit in all Shoreline designations. Although this is
true if you look at the table on page 35 there is a subscript note specifying that a CUP is not
required for conversions.
