SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD RESIGNATION (1) re: Jefferson County Board of
Equalization; Daryl Gillette
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On November 13, 2023, Jefferson County Board of Equalization (BOE) Chair Daryl Gillette stated
he is resigning from serving on the BOE.
ANALYSIS:
The Board of Equalization consists of three members and an alternate. There now two vacancies on
this Board.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Board of Equalization resignation and advertise for the two vacancies.
