I am in a group of older women who regularly swim at the pool. I have several medical conditions that benefit from the swim classes. The friendship of the pool is quite excellent too.
Two years without the pool threaten my mobility. On Wednesdays I fight for a parking space. In fact I got a ticket for $215 for parking there. I don’t have the choice of just giving
up and going back home. I need the exercise to stay mobile and if I don’t continue to build muscle, the clinic will refuse to offer shots for my legs. Many of us face the same problems.
Please this is serious for us. We vote, we pay taxes. Also the parking needs to addressed. There is a green area that is not being used. It could be easily made into parking for all
of us that use that area, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It’s worth driving from Hadlock to exercise there and be with friends.
