I'm very concerned about the Aquatic Center proposed by the Port Townsend City Council. It seems a rather overblown project for our "small" community. The cost is prohibitive, even
if it comes in on budget. The maintenance costs have not accurately been figured in. And the taxes will be paid by several generations.
