Dear Jefferson County Commissioners,
As a long time, swimmer, diver, and member of the first Jeffco Aquatic Coalition Board I bring a long-term perspective to the current aquatic center agenda item.
A review of the available information concerning “The new pool” suggests that one or more alternative solutions to our communities need for an aquatic center may exist.
The available information does not show careful consideration of those alternatives.
I would urge you to delay your decision concerning a community aquatic center until other possible solutions have been thoroughly examined.
