I am 100 % against a sales tax increase (or any other tax increase) to support the pool project in Port Townsend. Port Townsend tried a similar thing several years back, asking that
the County help the City subsidize the State Parks fee at Fort Worden so that Port Townsend residents could use “their” park for free. Jefferson County residents should not be asked
to support Port Townsend city amenities.
