Hello from The Leader!
Saw your quotes in this story:
https://www.peninsuladailynews.com/news/proposed-tax-for-port-townsend-pool-is-questioned/
Some quick questions for each of you, which you can hopefully answer quickly, since I'm on deadline for this week:
1. For Mr. Brotherton, if you support the pool, but not a Public Facilities District to support it if it's going to remain in Port Townsend, then what funding mechanism(s) do you believe
would be appropriate for a pool that remains located in PT?
2. For Ms. Eisenhour, you expressed concerns with how much is being proposed for the pool, as opposed to other county priorities, and with the speed and degree of public input on this
process. What amount of money do you believe would be more appropriate, how swiftly should this process be proceeding, and which public inputs would you like to see included before
the process moves forward?
3. For Ms. Dean, Ms. Eisenhour and Mr. Brotherton, is there anything else you would like to add, that you believe might have been neglected, overlooked or improperly conveyed by the
PDN'S coverage?
Again, please let me know soonest, as I'm trying to write this article today.
Thank you,
